Become an InfantSEE Provider

InfantSEE

InfantSEE is an opportunity to educate families in your community about the importance of annual comprehensive eye and vision care beginning at six months of age and annually thereafter.

InfantSEE providers agree to provide no-charge comprehensive eye assessments to infants between the ages of 6 to 12 months regardless of family income or access to insurance coverage.

During an InfantSEE assessment doctors of optometry assess many areas such as testing for excessive or unequal amounts of nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, eye movement ability,  eye health problems, and discuss patient and family history.
